Ordering and Delivery

We accept orders via website, fax or e-mail. We do not publish a catalog. We now require a minimum order of 30 sets for all printed products (invitations, favor tags, etc.)

Please allow a lead time of at least 4-5 weeks for all invitation and printed orders from the time you approve the proof. Availability times stated on the product page does not include shipping to you. If you ordered a product that ships in 2-3 days and you choose ground shipping, please add 7-10 days on top of the availability times stated. If you have received a favor sample from us and really like it, we advise you to place an order immediately even if your event is months away. Our availability and shipping times are stated for each product and is the best way to gauge actual delivery dates. However, we do carry some stock in the U.S. so it won't hurt to call us if you are in a rush.

If you are in a rush and need to have invitations printed, we can turn them around in 3 weeks for a rush charge of $100. This cost includes expediting the assembly of your order plus a drop ship fee of $85.00 which is what it costs us to send the order from our factory in Asia directly to your address.

Invitation and Favor Samples

Feel free to request samples before placing a final order. You can order a sample via the website by typing "1" in the order quantity box. We do not send out free samples. Samples are usually shipped by the next business day when available. Samples are not returnable.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges? We exchange for same product only and exchanges are issued if there were any defects in workmanship, or shipping damages. However, we do require that you inspect your order within 7 days and request your replacement promptly. Please contact us by phone at 1-925-299-6761 or via e-mail at info@festivale.net. We encourage our clients to order samples so that they can be absolutely sure about their final order. Order cancellations can be made after 24 hours. Samples are not returnable.

Shipping

For ground shipping, we use the U.S. Postal Service (for all packages under 2 lbs.) and Federal Express (for packages over 2 lbs.). Domestic ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. For Priority Mail, we use the US Postal Service and takes 3 business days. If you wish to use Fedex Express for faster shipping, we reserve the right to quote you a higher shipping rate. Please add these shipping times on top of the availability times listed on each product page.

Sales Tax

We charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of California.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and Mastercard. For invitation and favor orders, we may charge a 50% deposit upon approval of the proof and charge the remainder prior to shipping your complete order.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Our site uses an order form for you to be able to request products and services. Contact information from this orders form (like e-mail addresses) is used to send information from our company to you. Financial information(such as credit card numbers) collected is used to bill you for products and services. We do not sell our customer information to third parties.
